Content on this website and in the Playbook is provided for reference on marketing, data and automation. Implementation scope, rights to delivered materials and confidentiality for each project are defined in a separate agreement between the parties.

1. Preparing a contact brief

Preparing a brief or writing to us does not create a service contract. Please review your information before sending it by email or Zalo.

2. Calculations and business outcomes

Any calculator on the site uses assumptions you choose. Results are reference calculations, not forecasts or commitments about revenue, profit, customer acquisition cost or conversion rates.

3. Operations and support scope

Maintenance scope, support hours, fees and service levels are agreed in the implementation agreement. The website does not offer lifetime warranties or default uptime guarantees for API flows. Changes by third-party platforms such as Zalo, Meta and Google are assessed within each project's scope.

4. ZvZ AI Hub early access

ZvZ AI Hub is in development. Features, integrations and plans may change during early access. The website does not take online payments; any fees apply only when both parties agree in writing. By using ZvZ AI Hub, a business agrees to follow our responsible use policy, including messaging only contacts who have opted in.
