Responsible use.

1. Messages only with consent

ZvZ AI Hub may only be used to send Zalo, SMS or email messages to people who have actively agreed to receive information from the business. Examples include ticking a consent box on a form or messaging the business's Zalo Official Account first. The business is responsible for keeping proof of consent: when it was given, from which source, and what was agreed.

• No marketing messages to purchased, rented, exchanged or scraped lists.
• Every marketing message identifies the sender and includes a simple way to opt out.
• Opt-out requests are recorded and stop the related follow-up sequence.
• Frequency limits and sending hours follow applicable rules and each channel's policies.

2. Legal and platform compliance

Businesses using ZvZ AI Hub must comply with Vietnamese law on personal data protection (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP) and on spam messages and emails (Decree 91/2020/ND-CP), including any amending or replacing regulations. They must also follow the policies of Zalo (including ZNS template rules), Meta, Google and their email providers.

3. Accountable AI

• AI-suggested lead scores and reasons are decision support; the responsible person can review and override them.
• Businesses can require human approval before any AI-drafted message is sent.
• AI must not be used to impersonate people or organizations or to make misleading product claims.
• Lead scoring must not discriminate based on legally protected characteristics.
• Our use of Claude models follows Anthropic's Usage Policy.

4. Data minimization

Only collect and process the data fields needed to receive, score and follow up on leads. Sensitive personal data (health, detailed financial data, biometrics, etc.) must not enter the scoring flow without an appropriate legal basis and consent.

5. Prohibited uses

• Sending spam, scams or unlawful content.
• Promoting prohibited or restricted products and services without the required qualifications.
• Collecting data unlawfully or beyond the stated purpose.
• Attempting to bypass technical or security limits of ZvZ or third-party platforms.

ZvZ Digital may suspend or terminate support for accounts or automated flows that violate this policy.

6. Report a problem

If you receive an unwanted message related to ZvZ AI Hub or notice a violation, email [email protected] with the time and content of the message. We will review it and respond.
