1. Information you enter on the website

The scenario calculator and contact-brief tool on the Vietnamese site process information in your browser. What you type is not automatically sent to a server or stored in ZvZ Digital's systems.

2. When you contact us

You decide what to share. When you email us or message us on Zalo, those services process information under their own policies. Information you send to ZvZ Digital is used to discuss your needs and the scope of work.

3. Data in implementation projects

Access scope, data storage and security measures for a client's systems are defined in a separate implementation agreement. Technology descriptions on this website do not replace that agreement.

4. Data in ZvZ AI Hub (early access)

When a business joins the ZvZ AI Hub pilot, lead data remains under that business's control. ZvZ processes it according to the agreed instructions and scope, and does not sell lead data to third parties.

To score leads and draft follow-ups, certain necessary data fields may be sent to an AI model provider (planned: Anthropic's Claude API) and to platforms the business chooses to connect, such as its CRM, Zalo or Meta. The specific list of providers will be set out in the pilot agreement. See also our responsible use policy.
